Privacy policy

Hami Insurance Services Inc. (“we”) collects personal information to prepare insurance quotes, place and service policies, and meet regulatory obligations. We collect only what is needed for those purposes.

Information we collect

Contact details, information about the people, property, vehicles or business to be insured, prior insurance and claims history, and any documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

To provide quotes and advice, submit applications to insurers, service your policy, communicate with you (subject to your consent for marketing), and comply with law.

Sharing

We share information with the insurers and underwriters needed to quote and bind your coverage, and with service providers who act on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

Access and correction

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to correct it. Contact us at hello@hamiinsurance.ca.

Retention

We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and regulatory retention requirements, then securely dispose of them.
